Is US shipping free, and when will my bag arrive?
Yes, US shipping is free. Allow 1–2 calendar days for order processing, followed by an estimated 7–12 business days for shipping. Tracking is provided so you can follow your bag’s journey.
What if the bag is not right for me?
Return requests must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery and the bag must be unused and undamaged; tags and original packaging are not required. Send your order number, reason for return and clear photos for approval before sending it back.
Our 1-year limited warranty provides a free replacement for confirmed manufacturing defects, not customer-caused damage or normal wear and tear.
We cover return postage for defective or incorrect items, and for approved change-of-mind returns when the bag is unused and undamaged. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
